Buying or Selling, Fixing or Flipping! I am here to help you every step of the way! I made the decision to become a Realtor® in 2000 and attended Joliet Junior College for the certification. Since then, I have completed the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR) designations which are an extensive training in the real estate field and awarded to only about 5% of the national association membership. In 2015, I earned my Illinois State licenses to instruct others in the field of real estate and currently teach prelicensing and continuing education classes at Illinois Valley Community College and for the Illini Valley Association of Realtors. I was elected Illini Valley Realtor of the Year for 2019. My education and training has helped me take my business to the next level of excellence for my customers.
